Orthopedic Prosthetics and Orthotics Basic Skills Laboratory
The Orthopedic Prosthetics and Orthotics Basic Skills Laboratory, established within the scope of the associate degree program at Burdur Vocational School of Health Services, is designed to maximize the professional competencies of our students. This laboratory is equipped with modern devices and application materials, allowing students to experience the design, production, and application processes of prosthetics and orthotics firsthand.
Our aim is to provide our students with the opportunity to transform their theoretical knowledge into practice, to impart the necessary skills in the field of orthopedics, and to lay the foundations for a successful career in the industry. Our laboratory aims to develop students' manual skills through practical training, adapt to new technologies, and gain the ability to produce patient-focused solutions.
In this context, we aim to train qualified technicians for the healthcare sector by providing a strong infrastructure to our students who wish to specialize in the field of Orthopedic Prosthetics and Orthotics.
